Sometimes students work hard but they did not believe that we are intelligent or able to do education and go forward in our life .even they do not know their targets, goals, have no clear planning or vision,sometimes they dis-heart and start drugs,some leave their education and spent their whole life as a failure while some do suicide, sleep forever being a failure and give-up forever because of not achieving their targets,maybe because (s)he failed.
What did s(he) achieve? Nothing??

1) AL-ways think positive, do not think if I fail, what will happen, always believe in yourself because at the initial stage of life. no one knows their strengths and weakness, God gives strengths to everybody.with passage of time, ones know their strength and weakness, strength needs to improve while the need to overcome your weakness.

2) With hard work, do smart work as well. for example every day a person take classes, after classes do self-study,but what about group study or combine study,study from net,watching course videos-You tube, follow Google etc.develop your study stamina in library or separate studying room, on first week study for 3 hours,second week increase studying hour and so on. ones can not develop study stamina directly. while studying if a person bored,(s)he can stop studying, take some rest, listen to music, take some energetic food or drink because of some time student energy level down.

3) Never ever, never ever give up, once you failed, Its not a big deal, study again and again.take some time. with the passage of time, ones will get better and better .once in a month watch a motivational movie which will motivate you in your up-coming life and go outside for one day trip in order to refresh yourself.

4) If you did hard work but failed, then try to understand your exam pattern, how to solve your exam or paper, need to know how to handle exam pressure. better work on the weak area of your course.

5) Take proper diet, if your diet is healthy then you can easily develop your study stamina.in proper diet take fresh vegetables, fruits, and fresh water, keep away yourself from fast foods, desserts, artificial ingredients and every kind of drugs. after lunch and dinner use coffee or green tea.mostly take protein in your diets which is good for health.

6) Every day does proper Exercise, playing different games for an hour or spend some time in Gym. To be energetic, cycling is the best one. once in a week, do massage of your head and hair with natural oil.

7) On exam, night do revision but sleep and wake early because, for a good exam and handling exam pressure, you need to be fresh.

8) Always do what you love means in high school or in specialization(Medicine, Engineering, Business etc) study that subject in which you are best or to whom you love most.
